Request for Proposal for Technical/Regulatory Writing Services

ICH is launching a request for proposal for technical/regulatory writing services to support the drafting activities associated with ICH guideline development in support of ICH EWG Member and Observer representatives.

By retaining technical/regulatory writing services, it is expected to:

1) support the efficient development of ICH guidelines, while maintaining guideline quality,2) ensure that guidelines are developed within their specified timelines and3) help free capacity of subject matter experts to focus on activities where their technical expertise would be needed.

ICH seeks to establish a contract with a company that offers regulatory/technical writing services, such as a medical or technical writing company or similar entity, that would have access to writers from multiple technical areas (e.g., clinical, safety, quality). ICH initiates approximately 2-3 new working groups per year for guideline development in a variety of disciplines and would like to leverage the contract to retain writing support as needed.
