关于美国首仿市场独占期的问题

这句话是不是就是说只有处在Paragraph IV的情形下才有180天的独占期啊，望各位大神指点，那就是说，在处于Paragraph I 、Paragraph II、 Paragraph III的情形下，美国首仿的药物是没有180天的独占性的 是吗？
