工艺参数范围不能仅根据工艺偏差修改？ 还需要怎么做呢  有实践经历的么
No. However, information from the investigation into a process deviation(s) can be used to support expanding the range of a process parameter. Additional work and studies are normally needed to adequately demonstrate that the expanded range for the process parameter consistently produces API of the necessary quality [ICH Q7, Sections 2.16, 12.11, 13.13]

这个其实是两个时间点：1、我处于工艺验证过程中  我验证时有偏差了  经过调查了然后修改参数重新验证
2、验证完的工艺    运行过程中发生偏差了  那其实在偏差调查我会有原因 ：比如参数设置不合理  这种情况本身也是偏差触发CAPA改参数 重新验证或者评估   这种方式   

我的意思我本身就是会从偏差触发的改参数 -重新验证   是不是中间还需要走变更或者其他方式么？

TA的意思不是 通过偏差修改工艺参数之后，再进行验证（研究）工艺的稳定性吗？

没干过API   这是个人理解

你需要进行充分科学地评估/研究，而不是仅仅依靠三批工艺验证来证明更改的合理性，验证从本质上说就是检验。

偏差无法直接引发去修改工艺参数（CPP、KPP等），需要以偏差为前提，输出纠正计划，而纠正措施中是需要以变更为主，输出工艺参数变更理由，然后按变更行动计划输出验证
