无菌洁净区的A级流型可以按空调系统验证时执行，一般是同步进行测试流型的，也有指南上说流型最长不超过24个月，现在采用水雾还是比较多的。

Airflow patterns within cleanrooms and zones should be visualised to demonstrate that there is no ingress from lower grade to higher grade areas and that air does  not travel from less clean areas (such as floor) or over operators or equipment that may transfer contamination to the higher grade areas. Where air movement is shown to be a risk to the clean area or critical zone, corrective actions, such as design improvement, should be implemented. Airflow patterns studies should be performed both at rest and in operation (e.g. simulating operator interventions). Video recordings of the airflow patterns should be retained. The outcome of the air visuallisation studies should be considered when establishing the facilities environmental monitoring program.
