cGMP里规定要有“A system for monitoring environmental conditions”，请问这个system是指温湿度自动监控系统还是一个人工记录温湿度的程序？

没有全文不好判断，但从这句话来说系统可以是温湿度自动监测系统也可以是人工。
cGMP没看过，但GSP(2016)附录3温湿度自动监测第一条 企业应当按照《药品经营质量管理规范》的要求，在储存药品的仓库中和运输冷藏冷冻药品的设备中配备温湿度自动监测系统（以下简称系统）。系统应当对药品储存过程的温湿度状况和冷藏冷冻药品运输过程的温度状况进行实时自动监测和记录，有效防范储存运输过程中可能发生的影响药品质量安全的风险，确保药品的质量安全。

(10) Aseptic processing, which includes as appropriate: （10） 无菌操作及有关操作。
(i) Floors, walls, and ceilings of smooth, hard surfaces that are easily cleanable;
（Ⅰ）地板、墙壁和天花板平滑、坚硬、表面易清洁；

（Ⅱ）温度与湿度控制
(iii) An air supply filtered through high-efficiency particulate air filters under positive pressure, regardless of whether flow is laminar or nonlaminar;

(iv) A system for monitoring environmental conditions;
（Ⅳ）环境监测系统；
(v) A system for cleaning and disinfecting the room and equipment to produce aseptic conditions;
（Ⅴ）创造无菌环境、房间和设备清洁、消毒系统；
(vi) A system for maintaining any equipment used to control the aseptic conditions.
（Ⅵ）控制无菌环境的设备维修系统。
