Significant change的定义在哪里找？
产品数据由合格（200）变为了不合格（199）标准≥200，算是Significant change吗？

不要说让我自己看书，我看了，没找到；也不要说感觉算不算，我也感觉算，我需要法规证据。

先看下你图片的格式，一般后缀为。jpeg（可能拼写有误）,点附件图标找到所要添加的图片，点击上传即可。
另外，附件不能过大，否则是上传不了的。

原料药：
“Significant change” for a drug  substance is defined as failure to meet its specification.
制剂：
In general, “significant change” for a drug product is defined as:
1.  A 5% change in assay from its initial  value; or failure to meet the acceptance criteria for potency when using biological or immunological procedures;  
2.  Any degradation product’s exceeding its acceptance criterion;  
3.  Failure to meet the acceptance criteria for appearance, physical attributes, and functionality test (e.g., color, phase separation, resuspendibility, caking, hardness, dose delivery per actuation);  however, some changes in physical attributes (e.g., softening of uppositories, melting of creams) may be expected under accelerated conditions;  
and, as appropriate for the dosage form:
4.  Failure to meet the acceptance criterion for pH; or
5.  Failure to meet the acceptance criteria for dissolution for 12 dosage units.
