Updated application forms available for immediate use

The application forms for requests for certificates of suitability (CEPs) have been updated:

CEP申报表格刚刚进行了更新：

- Update of the invoicing section (both forms)

- 更新发票部分（两个表格）

- Update of the application form for revisions to reflect the recent changes to theEDQM guideline for revisions/renewals of CEP applications.

-更新修订用申报表，反映EDQM近期对CEP修订/更新指南的变更

These forms should be used for any applications submitted from 01 October 2014.

新表格于2014年10月1日生效。（以下链接可直接下载）
