国际背景制药公司招聘生产主管．
1.为了满足市场对产品产量和质量的需求，充分利用各种资源，协调与组织生产有序进行，确保产量能够满足市场销售计划。
In order to meet the market demand for product yield and quality, make full use of various resources, make production in an orderly manner, and make sure that production can meet the marketing plan.
2.确保生产过程中各环节符合国家GMP要求、辉瑞产品质量标准，操作按标准、操作程序执行，使产品质量得到有效保证。
To make sure that every stages of the production process are compliance with national GMP requirements, Pfizer product quality standards.  All operations are executed according to standard operating procedures to make sure that product quality are effectively guaranteed.
3.确保员工接受有效培训，进行日常的设备使用、清洁、维护与模具更换工作，使设备处于有效运行与管理之中。
Make sure that employees receive effective training about equipments daily use, cleaning, maintenance and mold replacement work. So equipments are in effective operation and management conditions.
4.为了确保员工上岗前进行合适的培训，制定培训规程及计划，并通过合适的程序保证员工得到有效的培训，发展操作工技能，建立主操作储备力量
In order to make sure that employees get appropriate training prior to working in the stage, procedures and training programs are developed. through the appropriate procedures to ensure that employees receive effective training, operator skills are developed and operating forces reserved.
5.为了保证生产的安全进行，保证生产现场清洁卫生，符合国家要求，制定相应的管理措施，指导及监督员工遵守执行
In order to ensure the safety of production, ensuring the production site sanitation, compliance with national requirements, develop appropriate management measures and supervise employees  to comply with and implement the relevant provisions.
1.本科或以上学历，药学/制药/化学相关专业，至少三年制药行业的实际工作经验。
Bachelor degree or above in Pharmaceutics or chemical or equivalent. At least 3 years hands-on experience working in pharmaceutical industries.
2.制药专业知识，制药行业GMP专门知识，国家药品法规，劳动法，环保法。
Familiar with the regulatory requirements and standards in Pharmaceutical industries, GMP standard (local & international), Labor Law, and environment law.

3.良好的领导能力、协调沟通能力、分析判断能力、激励和培训下属的能力、语言表达能力、责任心强，勇于承担责任、良好的英语综合能力、熟练使用Office办公软件。
A responsible, proactive team player with high initiative, Strong expression in speech, also strong leadership, good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills are required. Fluent in English (spoken and written), and good computer operation skills (MS office software, etc.)
