《中国药品检验操作规范》中有一段话讲得比较明确，“确认”对象是有形的、摸得着的东西，比如仪器、设备等，“验证”对象是无形的，比如工艺、方法等。附件里图片是原文，可以看看。

新版GMP“确认与验证”条款解读
与旧版相比，新版GMP引入了“确认”这一概念，旨在对确认与验证作出区分。
确认是对本身性能的认定，内涵归属于性能检验。通常用于厂房与设施、生产设备和检验仪器。而验证是特定条件下对适用性的认定，内涵归属于性能保障。通常用于操作规程(或方法)、生产工艺或系统。
例如，灭菌设备确认，是指对灭菌设备性能的认定。灭菌工艺验证是对灭菌设备在实际使用中采用的灭菌程序，在灭菌设备与工艺条件(如115℃，30min)相结合的情况下的认定。
制药企业需要进行的确认或验证工作主要有：厂房与设施(含空气净化系统，压缩空气系统、制水系统等)确认、生产设备和检验仪器确认;工艺验证、分析方法验证、清洁验证及计算机化系统验证等。
欧盟GMP附录15最终修订稿中还增加了包装验证与运输确证(在新版GMP第一百零五条中也有“对运输有特殊要求的，其运输条件应当予以确认”的规定，我国新版GMP《确认与验证》附录又将其细化)等要求。
新版GMP要求药品生产企业首先要识别、确定需要做哪些确认与验证工作，以证明特定操作的关键要素能够得到有效控制，指出了确认和验证的范围和程度应根据风险评估的结果确定(见新版GMP第一百三十八条)。

这个问题看到有四五回了。。。可见国内药企的验证工作与概念普及相较国外落后多少

题目太大了。
可以看下法规，有解释。一般是越看越糊涂。
验证是指方法，系统，流程等等。确认大多指硬件。
但是分析方法，又不一样。药典方法只做确认，非药典方法要做验证。
个人觉得，一言难以述之。得具体情况具体分析。

一般来说，确认的都是设备、参数，验证的都是工艺、方法

读书读起来还是蛮抽象的。有没有更具体的理解！

确认是有明确的预期的，要么成功要么失败；验证是没有确定的预期的，可能是A，可能是B，或者C

设计的参数及过程是否实现目标要求，验证一下。
