各位老师，请问哪个法规有关于脉动真空灭菌器BD测试频率的规定。看到有些资料说iso,17665-2和EN554有规定每24小时执行一次。但是没有查到

EU GMP 附录一 BD测试通常每天进行，不过欧美GMP，只过中国GMP可以适当放宽要求。8.61 There should be adequate assurance of air removal prior to and during sterilisation when the sterilisation process includes air purging (e.g. porous autoclave loads, lyophilizer chambers). For autoclaves, this should include an air removal test cycle (normally performed on a daily basis) or the use of an air detector system. Loads to be sterilised should be designed to support effective air removal and be free draining to prevent the build-up of condensate.
