蒲公英年会是国内制药人每年都翘首以盼的盛会，辩论赛是其中最受人关注的活动之一，是辩论赛也是一场场知识与力量持续传递的接力。蒲公英的接力非同寻常，年会举办城市的接力、制药行业辩论热点的接力、参赛企业的接力、还有企业导师和行业导师的接力，让蒲公英传递知识的优良传统得以流传。蒲公英第13届（肥西）年会辩论赛的接力棒交到了我们第四位行业导师手上——周新华博士。

行业导师：周新华 博士

Joe Zhou Ph.D.

Dr. Joe Zhou used to be the President and Chief Scientist of Genor Biopharma Co. Ltd. He was previously the Scientific Director of Process Development for Amgen, the world's largest biopharmaceutical company.

During the 10 years as CEO of Genor Biopharma, he has built a key technical team from scratch; Created key technologies to enable the expression ability of PD-1 monoclonal antibody to reach the highest level of global biopharmaceutical enterprises; A product line consisting of 50% biologically similar drugs, 30% rapid follow-up antibody drugs, and 20% new target new molecules composed of 10 therapeutic antibodies has been created, and both have obtained clinical approval from the China Drug Administration and the Korean Drug Administration. Led the 2.0 product line of Genor Biopharma consisting of 6 BsAb antibodies and 2-4 new molecules.Appointed by Amgen and employed by Peking University as a visiting professor on the IPEM project for 10 years.

In 2007, he was awarded the AMGEN Science and Engineering Progress Award for his discovery and leadership in the molecular mechanism of photooxidation yellowing of monoclonal antibodies. Dr. Zhou has edited two books, delivered over 150 speeches at conferences at home and abroad, and published over 60 papers, 18 patents, and over 10 chapters in English books.

Dr. Zhou is the initiator and first chairman of CPDQA, the initiator and first chairman of biopharmaceuticals in ISPE China, and the first chairman of Amgen's China Alumni Association.

Since 2013, as a reviewer of the national talent pool, he has participated in the review of national and provincial talents, teams, and projects.
