“关键质量属性(CQA):物理、化学、生物学或微生物的性质或特性,其应在适当的限度、范围或分布内,以保证产品的质量。”这个是CQA的定义,请问有老师可以帮忙指导一下,这个定义的出处是在哪的吗?在FDA官网上查到一文章Quality by Design for ANDAs: An Example for Immediate-Release Dosage Forms 里有提到A critical quality attribute (CQA) is “a physical, chemical, biological, or microbiological property or characteristic that should be within an appropriate limit, range, or distribution to ensure the desired product quality.”1 The identification of a CQA from the QTPP is based on the severity of harm to a patient should the product fall outside the acceptable range for that attribute.
